Ecoaer installed MVHR units to 13 apartments and 4 town houses on this development in Notting Hill, which is filled with a rich and interesting history.
The Basing Street chapel building itself, having been used as a recording studio by SARM and Island Records, played host to the original Band Aid charity single in 1984 when Bob Geldof herded the top pop acts of the time together with a note requesting, ‘please leave egos at the door.’

Our team at Ecoaer installed the ducting, MVHR units, and commissioned the ventilation system according to Part-F to ensure the home-owners of this beautiful project enjoy fresh air and a quiet ventilation system.
