Part of the stunning and iconic Embassy Gardens, Darby’s Restaurant is the home of former Good Food Guide Chef of the Year, Robin Gill. Perfectly situated on the ground floor, beneath the iconic Sky Pool, Darby’s brings immersive Irish cuisine to Embassy Gardens and features an oyster bar, on-site bakery and open-fire cooking. With the interior inspired by the illustrious jazz career of Robin Gill’s father, Darby’s is a nod to the sophistication, elegance and style of the 1950s and 60s.

Ecoaer was proud to be commissioned to install this beautiful restaurant with fans, ducting, volume control and fire dampers, grilles and diffusers, louvres, and insulation.
