Elephant Park H4, London

Elephant Park is an exciting, mixed-use development which, when completed, will see at least 2,469 new homes and 50 new shops and restaurants created as part of this major regeneration programme at the Elephant and Castle. Elephant Park forms one of the main developments at the core of the regeneration programme, and after our success with the installation for 220 flats during the H3 phase, we were proud to be commissioned as the installer for the H4 phase where we installed MVHR units, ducting and connection of the fan-coils in a further 450 high-end flats.
