Returns Policy
Returning Products
It is possible to return any stock items. (specially ordered items are excluded).
Please contact us to organise your return, we will deduct the collection charges and restocking fees from your refund. Please make sure the goods are packed in their original packing and the goods are in resaleable condition. If the product is damaged or its only possible to sell on a reduced price, we will reduce the refund with this value.
Cancellation Policy
We ask our customers if they must cancel an order, to contact us immediately in person, via email or phone call. We accept cancellation within 24h. We need a written cancellation but if the fastest way is a phone call, we put your order on hold until a written cancellation arrives. If the products are paid but not shipped, we will refund the value of the order for stock items only.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the customer and Ecoaer have the right to cancel an Agreement for any reason, including ending ongoing services, or orders on the way. We can't offer refunds for Services which have begun. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment or part payment of unused Services, shall be refunded.
Ecoaer will handle any cancellation in a fair way and try to keep our customer satisfied.
We try to find an agreement every time with our customer and hoping to do business with each other in the future.
